As a Medior Developer, you’ll bring your expertise to projects that redefine the built environment. You’re driven by a passion for quality, creativity, and innovation, seamlessly combining technical know-how with commercial insight.

In this role, you’ll be the driving force that unites and coordinates diverse disciplines and stakeholders, ensuring smooth collaboration and progress throughout each phase of the project.

Experience: 2-5 years, with a strong background in Commercial Real Estate;
Education: Masters in Science from a Technical University (preferably TU Delft);
Skills: Technically strong with sharp commercial instincts. Independent yet collaborative, thriving in teams. Skilled at building professional relationships; Strong grasp of architectural quality and design principles.
Languages: Dutch (native), English (fluent). Additional languages are a plus;
Software: Proficient in Microsoft Office, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
